Wedding Garter!

As I mentioned, there is a wedding dress in progress.  (More on that coming....no really, I promise it is coming....)

However, no wedding is complete without something blue:

I used this tutorial online, and made it my own.  It was fairly easy, but beware:  wedding fabrics are slippery and difficult and want to bunch and gather in weird places.  Luckily, garters are supposed to be bunched and gathered!
